Startup Week, a global initiative powered by TechStars to support entrepreneurs, brings five days of free events to Boston from September 10 through 14. With over 50 events in their lineup, the majority of these workshops, presentations, and mixers will take place at CIC Boston in the heart of Downtown.
Startup Week offers five pre-arranged tracks: Founding Startups, Building Products, Marketing & Sales, Talent & Training, and Tech & Industry Trends.
But don’t let that hold you back. Attendees are welcome to participate in one event or all of them, regardless of track designation. After all, we know the power of startups lies in the fearlessness with which scrappy entrepreneurs forge their own paths.
The trick is to register early. Nearly every event had a waitlist last year, and we expect this year to be the same.
Not sure if Startup Week is the right fit for you?
Their very first event, Welcome to Startup Boston 2018, gives you an opportunity to meet the organizers and learn more about the week’s offerings. Swing by the 20th floor of CIC Boston at 50 Milk Street. If nothing else, we guarantee a stellar city view.
If your Monday morning isn’t available, join the opening party at Alley by Verizon in Cambridge, which features keynote speaker Raj Aggarwal, cofounder and former CEO of Boston-based marketing and analytics company Localytics.
We’ll be posting more about Startup Week in the coming days, orienting you to the best sessions for your hiring and marketing teams, students, the employer, and the employee.
