Commitment Challenge w/ Equinox

Take the Commitment Challenge and show us what you’re made of. Rack up points during the week of Monday, October 8th to emerge victorious through a mixture of Equinox seminars and classes, as well as workouts on your own. Submit your hours through a secure website and we’ll award you the points you deserve. The participant who earns the most points wins a prize.

How to score:

  • Work out with a coworker or friend - 10 points

  • Take an EQUINOX class of your choice - 5 points

  • Cook and eat a healthy meal - 10 points

  • Complete a headstrong meditation - 10 points

  • 30 minute walk/run on the treadmill - 5 points

  • ViPR workout - 10 points


  • Each day you workout - 5 points/day

  • Do all activities at least once - 15 points
