What to Expect at This Edition of Tools for Impact

Teams are critical to any organization’s success. Yet, research shows that most teams fall short. A Harvard study found that 79% of leadership teams delivered either “poor” or “mediocre” results. Research by Stanford’s Behnam Tabrizi found that 75% of cross-functional teams are “dysfunctional.”

In this Tools for Impact, you will learn about the research that reveals the six conditions that drive team success. Just as importantly, you’ll learn how to shape them so your teams can realize their most ambitious goals. And, we’ll have some fun in the process!

Want your team to have an unfair advantage? Join us on October 17th!
