Join CIC’s very own Scott Panneton bright and early Monday mornings in the Fitness Center @ 50 Milk to launch into the work week with a dose of well-earned endorphins. This class includes a dynamic warm-up, circuit training, core training, cool down, and static stretching. Come prepared to move and sweat and Scott will take care of the rest!
