Silvia has been a competitive athlete her whole life, competing as a pre-Olympic sailor and as a Thai-boxing fighter. She started doing Ashtanga yoga as part of her training, and fell in love with the way yoga transformed her body, mind, and athletic performance. Silvia started teaching corporate yoga in Zurich, Switzerland, and continued teaching yoga after moving to the US in 2016. She currently teaches Corporate yoga at various startups in the Boston area, and yoga for fighters at the UFC gym.
