This 60-minute Vinyasa-based practice is good for all levels - those new to yoga as well as advanced practitioners. Vinyasa is a balance of movement and breath, where one posture links one to the next, creating a flow. You'll work on strength and alignment, while the postures ultimately lead you to a full body stretch, and leave feeling clear-headed and comfortable in your body.
Tina works in the CIC and is exciting to teaching yoga here! She has been practicing yoga since 1999 and has been teaching yoga since 2010. Tina received both her 200-hour and 500-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training from Rolf Gates. She's also completed advanced training with Seane Corn, and apprenticeships with Boston-based teachers Jacqui Bonwell and Chanel Luck. She teaches weekly classes at Lexington Power Yoga where she is also part of their Teacher Training faculty and is very excited to be teaching at the CIC!
