Want to learn how to build brain-controlled devices using EEG? Working on a project already and want to collaborate at the intersection of neuroscience and technology? Join NeuroTechBOS for our Hack Night on August 8!
Existing projects are encouraged! We will also provide a few Muse EEG headbands to work with. Expertise is not required, but a willingness to share and participate will be!
A former Research Associate at Thync will be giving a short demo on the original Thync device. Thync developed the first consumer wearable that uses electrical stimulation for relaxation and stress reduction. The device will be made available for members to try during the event.
NeuroTechBOS is the Boston chapter of NeuroTechX (https://neurotechx.com/chapter/1543/), an international organization of designers, engineers, neuroscientists, hackers, and more interested in promoting education around neurotechnology.
DISCLAIMER: We are not affiliated with Thync, now Thync Global, and will just be sharing and demoing a member's personal device.
