The purpose of this Welltalk is for attendees to identify their core strengths and link these strength to their professional lives. Participants will reinforce their strengths by reflecting on discarded or ignored pieces of their history, and gain a renewed appreciation for, and find value in, their own story. In order to successfully uncover participants’ strengths Justin Wright of Habitus Incorporated will teach a core coaching skill (strength/interest finding) to help each other identify core strengths. At the end of the workshop attendees will select a concrete application of, and a plan for stepping into, this strength that allows them to bring themselves more fully to their work in a way that meets their organizations’ interests.
