COVID-19 Update, CIC Miami’s Closed Until March 17
CIC MIAMI CLIENTS,
I hope your respective weekends are as restful as possible given the current climate. I am writing to follow up on yesterday’s emails. We have completed all other steps of our protocol, and, as a final step, are confirming the CDC-compliant cleaning procedures that will take place across both the third and sixth floors tomorrow, Sunday, March 15.
As a reminder, unless you have an explicit, essential need for access, you will not be allowed on the CIC floors until Tuesday, March 17. Before then, any essential access (i.e extremely critical needs, not regular business-as-usual requirements) must be coordinated with and approved by us directly, and will require compliance with specific requirements during the times of the cleaning.
If you are already in touch with us about your essential access needs, you do not need to take additional steps at this time and will receive a communication later this afternoon with specific instructions. If you are not already in touch with me about this, please email miami@cic.com immediately to clarify.
Separately, please stay tuned for an email from CIC’s CEO Tim Rowe later this afternoon, which will communicate our new company-wide protocols, procedures, service-levels, and staffing expectations for the next two weeks.
CIC will be taking additional precautions, effective immediately until March 31. Tim’s email will clarify the first steps in limited operations that will be in effect for us starting Tuesday, as well as preemptively answer how this impacts you as our clients. Should you have additional questions, both he and I are available to answer them — reach out!
As we have been doing, we will continue to keep you updated on any changes or expected changes as we seek to ensure our spaces are helping to limit the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
