It is with great pride and excitement that I present the CIC Warsaw Innovation Campus 2024 Impact Report — a reflection of a year where connections sparked growth, ideas became action, and community propelled innovation forward. Our theme, From Bridges to Breakthroughs, captures how meaningful relationships led to transformational outcomes.
Throughout 2024, CIC Warsaw served as both a launchpad and a home — for founders scaling businesses, global players entering Poland, and innovators breaking new ground. With over 175 companies and 1,000 people onsite daily, our flexible spaces supported focused work, collaboration, and momentum-building.
Beyond offices, our value lies in the people. In 2024, we hosted 100+ CIC-curated events and supported countless spontaneous moments that sparked partnerships. Venture Café Warsaw welcomed 14,500+ participants, held 50+ Thursday Gatherings, and ran over 525 sessions. From AI to healthcare, the ecosystem buzzed with energy.
CampusAI, launched at CIC, raised $10M and expanded globally. GPT4Funds automated grant applications and helped secure over 11 million PLN for SMEs. Moniti grew over 600% while entering multiple European markets. These are just a few examples of what’s possible in our community.
Endeavor also brought global visibility, strengthening the Polish tech diaspora and preparing to host the International Selection Panel in Warsaw in 2025. All of this is made possible by the extraordinary CIC Warsaw Innovation Campus teams. From curating wellness activities to supporting events and making each member feel at home — your work brings our mission to life.
