Yes! To cancel or reschedule your booking, please send us an email at helpmeprovidence@cic.com. To receive a full refund for a cancellation, please be sure to cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours in advance of your reservation.

To help ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. That said, we understand plans can change—same-day bookings are welcome when space allows.
