Yes! To cancel or reschedule your booking, please send us an email at helpme1broadway@cic.com. To receive a full refund for a cancellation, please be sure to cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
No, there’s no account required to book a meeting room.
To help ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. That said, we understand plans can change—same-day bookings are welcome when space allows.
