CIC Berlin offers a range of fully furnished, flexible workspace solutions designed to support teams of all sizes. Choose from library-style coworking, dedicated desks, private offices, or larger office suites—each customizable to fit your team’s needs.
We offer flexible membership terms to match how you work, with options ranging from month-to-month agreements to longer-term commitments (typically 12–24 months). Whether you’re looking for short-term flexibility or a more permanent home for your team, we’ll help you find the right setup.
From phone booths to photocopiers, CIC members have access to all-inclusive amenities on day one. This includes high-speed Wifi, unmetered access to conference rooms with AV enablement, access to exclusive community events, and much more. As a CIC member, you can also visit any CIC campus worldwide, and utilize a coworking space and all the amenities while you’re in town.

For all our members, our Community Team manages mail and package handling, ensuring your deliveries are received securely. In the case of packages, we’ll send you a notification; however, please keep in mind that for letters, members are required to ask our reception team.
All CIC members enjoy 24/7 secure access to the building, their private offices, and common areas. While you can work anytime, our Community Team is on-site during standard business hours to support your needs and greet your guests, and at times that fall outside our regular business hours, the security team is on-site.
We encourage you to bring clients, partners, and investors to the campus! You are welcome to host them in our bookable meeting rooms, your private office, or our open lounge areas. Our front desk team provides professional reception services, greeting your guests upon arrival, and assisting them in case of questions.
Please note that in order to ensure the security of our site, guests must be picked up personally from our reception by their host. While waiting for you, your guests are welcome to take a seat at the reception, and enjoy a refreshment.
Yes. We provide enterprise-grade, high-speed secure Wi-Fi and hardline connections designed to handle heavy data loads and complex development environments.
Your IT team will have its security needs met, taking full advantage of CIC’s exceptional network infrastructure, while maintaining full control over your private network, firewall, and DHCP. Simply reach out to the Community Team!
Yes — given our location in the active district of Kreuzberg, we prioritize sustainable commuting, and provide a secure bike garage available. You can access it with your keycard and safely park and lock your bike, scooter, or similar.
Car parking is not available within the building, but street parking is possible nearby. Please note that local regulations apply, and fines may be issued, so we recommend checking the signage and parking at your own risk.
If you are visiting by public transit, the campus is easily accessible from the Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn station, Treptower Park S-Bahn station, and Lohmühlenstraße bus stop.
