About the Speakers
Darshini Dalal, a technology strategy senior manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP, has over 10 years of consulting experience serving clients in defining their strategies and execute on this strategy via operating model redesign, innovation, large scale digital transformation and mergers / acquisitions. More recently, Darshini has been focusing on building Deloitte’s blockchain practice offering advising clients on their blockchain journey, focusing on creating immersive experiences to help clients understand not only the applications but also implications of innovation across a variety of business issues that plague today’s transaction fabrics. Her strong technology background and experience in strategy roadmaps provides her with a unique ability to create a shift in clients’ perspective for exploring the various exponential technologies and its associated impact to their business from inception to adoption for their business.
Kate Graeff, a manager within Deloitte Global Innovation, advises Deloitte C-Suite executives and leaders on trends shaping the future of Deloitte’s business. Kate focuses on emerging technologies, business models, social and economic trends, and their business implications to identify opportunities to unlock value and growth by shaping new market-facing offerings and global innovation strategy for the $43 billion professional services firm. Kate also has a background in social entrepreneurship as a co-founder of a youth development organization and a founder of a scholarship foundation for women. She holds a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in Diplomacy & World Affairs from Occidental College.
