Learn techniques to prepare and protect the body for the icy winter ahead. We will learn exercises for developing mobility, especially hip mobility and strengthen the bodies core to help stabilizes walking muscles.
Please wear comfortable clothes as we'll be doing some simple movement assessments with live demos exercises.
Kristen has over ten years experience specializing in adaptive practices, shoulder and hip mobility, and powerlifting. She has been an athlete since early childhood and delights in working with all ages and levels of ability. Kristen currently works at Bodyscapes Fitness as a Personal Trainer.
