If you’re like the average American, you’re not getting enough sleep.  Maybe you wish you could sleep more but at night, you toss and turn, your mind running in circles solving the latest problem from work or home. Maybe you see sleep as the enemy, because how would you ever finish everything you have to get done if you actually slept 8 hours?  Or maybe you just don’t think about it and hope for the best.

In this interactive, experiential presentation, Brennan C. Mallonee, LMHC will share some of the latest research on the importance of sleep for physical and mental health and what this means for you, the busy professional.  She will show you how to use this cutting-edge science to nourish your brain with quality sleep so you can thrive at work and at home.  You’ll walk away with a set of tools to change the way you think about sleep and instantly improve your sleep quality so you can be more rested, more productive, and ready for your busy life.
