Julie teaches to all levels and anyone who steps onto the mat. She enjoys learning and listening to the body and mind through movement, balance, strength, and connecting with others. Her class will create space and release tension in the body by combining a practice of fluid movements and heat-building postures. I have a passion for living a yogi lifestyle and communicating wellness techniques to others. My teaching style offers a safe space for self-exploration by listening to the body and mind through movement, balance, and strength. I completed my 200-hour training with Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica. Currently, I am studying to become an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor with Kerala Ayurveda Academy. Yoga philosophy and Ayurveda healing guide my instruction to deepen the relationship with others and within ourselves. My personal practice has been devoted to Mysore with the Boston Ashtanga Shala. Currently, I teach at Beacon Hill Yoga.
