Join us for great food and conversation at our first vegetarian potluck! We will gather monthly on the second Wednesday of the month from 5:30-7pm.
At each session, we will either feature a guest speaker, watch something inspirational about plant-based nutrition or introduce a topic for discussion.

For our next session, we welcome Melissa from Mission Nutrition for a conversation about healthy meal planning. Learn to feel better and enjoy food with high-quality nutrition that tastes great.
During the session, we will:
- Build meals that represent your personal health needs and goals
- Identify sources of protein and micronutrients (especially important for flexitarians, vegetarians, and vegans!)
- Use apps (like MyFitnessPal and Fitbit) to stay accountable and learn what works
Attendees will leave with at least one self-designed meal ideas guided by Melissa plus free online access to Mission Nutrition's meal planning tools for future practice!
