Janine currently leads all of ezCater's people functions and programs to scale its award-winning culture and strengthen its people function and rapid growth. Before her time at ezCater she was the VP of Global Talent Management and Development at Flex and Chief People Officer and Wildflower Bread Company. She received her M.Ed. in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University.
Dena Upton, VP People, Drift
Dena is responsible for Drift's talent development, operations, recruitment, and retention. Before Drift, she served as VP of People and Talent for six years at LogMeIn, and brings over 20 years of experience in managing people. She has been recognized for outstanding culture and talent management, including nine consecutive Best Places to Work accolades for LogMeIn from the Boston Business Journal.
