Fab Fourth Friday

Fab Fourth Friday

Fab@CIC welcomes everyone who is interested in design, digital fabrication, 3D printing, laser cutting and more! Join the Fab@CIC community for our monthly maker celebration. Fab Fourth Fridays showcase the projects and ideas developed over the course of the month within our public makerspace, Fab@CIC, and across the greater Boston community.

This month we’ll feature sample projects from our workshops this month. Folks used multiple fab machines to create unique artwork for visual and edible delight! We’ll have prints and etched woodblocks from our Printmaking workshop, as well as molds from Making Molds. Enjoy the chocolate candies that were created and get a taste of how to make your own! These are molded chocolates, not moldy chocolate, which would be much less fun to eat.

About the Council of Champions

The Council of Champions is a peer group of ambitious, engaged employees within the life sciences industry that serve as intellectual, social and financial supporters of Life Science Cares. We’re looking for those movers and shakers within companies and organization who can motivate their colleagues to get involved in our volunteer activities, fundraising events and other programs. The group meets quarterly to network, and we will call upon the Council in between gatherings to round up volunteers or plan events.
