Persephoni BioPartners is both a venture studio and a strategic consulting firm, with a cross-functional leadership team that combines over 100 years of experience in life sciences research, multiple FDA approvals, having advanced more than 300 therapies to the clinic, and driving numerous M&As, IPOs, and major pharmaceutical transactions and partnerships. They take a hands-on support role, offering strategic guidance and addressing challenges that are often overlooked in early biotech ventures. To provide resident and local startups access to such a model, CIC has partnered with Persephoni BioPartners to provide a landing space and ecosystem for the Persephoni Venture Studio. The program will seek to enable promising young startups in the Greater Philadelphia area by providing them the resources and infrastructure to develop their core technology toward successful fundraising and execution of strategic partnerships.

Persephoni has an office on the 7th floor of CIC Philadelphia at 3675 Market Street in the uCity Square Knowledge Community, where it will serve as a landing pad for the companies in its venture studio program. It will also open its doors to existing CIC members, offering advisory services ranging from startup incorporation and capitalization table structure, strategic planning, regulatory strategy, capital raise, and business development to support strategic partnerships.
