To do great things you need the best tools. That is why our turnkey, wet lab spaces include access to state-of-the-art core lab equipment and services.
Below is a list of the equipment and services that come with your lab membership to CIC. In addition to this, each bench is outfitted with personal protective equipment and access to small bench top instruments such as pipettors, pipette aids, and vortexes. We also provide training on all provided instruments.

We offer private or shared lab space. Our shared lab space is for single bench users, up to 3 benches per company, while our private spaces can accommodate 1 to 36+.
Yes, our Labs + Innovation Campuses offer private office space rentals for you and your team. You’ll have access to all the office space amenities in addition to your lab space amenities.
CIC offers access to a wide range of equipment, from PH meters and vortexers, cold storage, incubation, and fume hoods, all the way to fluorescent microscopes, automated cell counters, flow cytometry, and HPLC. We tailor our equipment offering to meet the needs of our clients and we are introducing new instruments often.
CIC offers on-site operational & tech support for all of the available lab equipment.
Yes, as long as you’ve completed your lab safety training in advance, your research can begin the day you move in.
The shared lab is not GMP certified, however individual users may choose to have their private labs GMP certified by validating equipment, training personnel, and record keeping needed to be GMP compliant.
We do not have clean rooms, but can recommend clean room spaces nearby.
30 days notice for a shared bench, 90 days notice for a private lab.
We stock some common lab consumables for use in the shared labs, including cleaning supplies, pipette tips, and serological pipettes. Clients are required to purchase specialty items and consumables to support their private labs. We have vending machines onsite that provide quick and easy access to consumables and we can get clients in contact with the industry experts in our sponsor network to access exclusive CIC benefits, including discounts on lab supplies and equipment.
We collect, store, and schedule removal of biohazardous waste from our shared and private labs, all included with your monthly fee.
We coordinate pick up with a local vendor to periodically pick up chemical waste. CIC covers part of the cost of pick up, but waste disposal is billed directly to the client.
We can discuss a customization agreement to add or change outlets in the space to suit your needs.
CIC does not have an onsite vivarium, however we can connect you with a resource close by.
