Every room includes high-speed WiFi, a large-format display, whiteboard, and video conferencing. No membership, no account, and no long-term commitment required.
How Booking Works
in 3 Simple Steps
Reserving a meeting room at CIC takes three steps:
Choose your preferred CIC location and browse available rooms by capacity and amenities.
Select a date and time slot that fits your schedule. Rooms are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET.
Complete your booking with a credit card via Stripe. You will receive an instant confirmation by email.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, but same-day reservations are welcome when space allows. The minimum booking is one hour.

No. CIC meeting rooms are open to everyone. There’s no membership, no account creation, and no sign-up required. Choose a room, select your time, pay with a credit card, and you’re confirmed.

All CIC meeting rooms include high-speed WiFi, a large-format display with HDMI connectivity, a whiteboard with markers, and video conferencing support for hybrid meetings. The specific equipment for each room is listed on the booking page.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation receive a full refund. For changes or cancellations within 48 hours, contact the Community Team at your location by email.
