Amir Zur is a Certified Hatha-Yoga Instructor who trained at Prana-Yoga School in Israel. His teaching style integrates the mental, emotional and physical practices of Hatha-Yoga. By focusing on mindfulness and healing sounds, we can influence our consciousness and disconnect our “programming”, to create new spaces in our mind and make changes that we can take with us “beyond the mat”.
Amir taught Yoga philosophy and mindfulness in Israel for several years and currently teaches in the US at MIT. He's initiated several voluntary programs to help bring Yoga into our life as a tool of awareness, empowerment and personal growth in universities, schools, and at the workplaces.
Amir has a Master’s degree in Business and a Master’s in Engineering and works in the pharmaceutical industry.
