  MASSAGE THERAPY      Lauren Levine LMT   graduated in 2006 from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA, where she was trained in Muscular Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Sports Massage. She has also completed courses in Prenatal Massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork. Combining all of her training and experience intuitively,  Lauren turns each session into a unique treatment addressing tension and compensation patterns in the body with a variety of techniques targeting adhesions and trigger points in the muscle tissue and restrictions in the connective tissue (fascia). Through the use of Integrative Bodywork and self-care suggestions, she promotes the release of tension, stress, and overall balance. Lauren is also a working artist in the Boston area.

For the past 13 years he has done post Boston Marathon work for Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Mass General Hospitals. Russ plays trumpet in a number of local bands: the Spittin Vinnies cover band, the Duppy Conquerors, a Bob Marley cover band, and the Porter Squares. He also enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and hiking.

In the midst of a bustling city, Hilary views yoga as the portal to presence, the antidote to anxiety. The heart of her practice was cultivated while living in the mountains of West Africa, and deepened during her 200-hour teacher training in San Francisco under teachers Dana Damara and Mark Morford. Hilary is a recent resident to Boston, and her classes focus on strengthening and alignment, cultivating laser-sharp awareness and encouraging internal presence.

Her class will create space and release tension in the body by combining a practice of fluid movements and heat-building postures. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the rest of your day.

He completed the Teacher’s Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Nassau. Jnanadev is also a social entrepreneur who graduated from MIT Sloan in 2002 and has been a CIC tenant since 2008. He has personally experienced the transformative power of Sivananda Yoga and enjoys sharing the gift with others.

Shakti launched wellness at CIC in 2003, first as a massage therapist and yoga instructor. More recently she managed the day-to-day aspects of a substantial, multi-faceted wellness program, serving 1,000+ clients.

Shakti’s approach combines a love of healthy lifestyle, a passion for community building and a deep appreciation for the science behind wellness. She inspires others to find a healthy work-life balance and to bring their best self forward at work and home!
