Creating an AI Hub at CIC
This new strategic collaboration will leverage CIC’s deep expertise in creating hubs of activity where companies with shared interests convene and accelerate their respective industries, and C10 Labs’ nontraditional approach to supporting and building startups.
Through this collaboration, CIC and C10 Labs will create a unique space that facilitates innovation, collaboration, and the growth of AI startups at CIC in Kendall Square. Together, the organizations aim to foster a dynamic environment that nurtures AI startups, promotes collaboration, and accelerates the development of groundbreaking AI technologies.

Shepherding the Next Wave of AI Startups
C10 Labs envisions a future where AI revolutionizes industries such as healthcare, agriculture, transportation, energy, and more. C10 Labs was founded by a team of AI industry experts, Shahid Azim (CEO), Dr Patricia Geli (COO), and Prof Ramesh Raskar (Chief Scientist) who are founders, operators, and scientists, and met co-teaching MIT’s pioneering AI Venture Studio Class. The venture studio model employed by C10 Labs focuses on aligning critical skills, deep sector expertise, capital, and corporate networks to scale impact and unlock massive stakeholder value.
As a result of this new collaboration, startups supported by C10 Labs through its biannual cohort-based programs will benefit from the physical space at CIC, as well as dynamic programming, events, and access to a community of like-minded innovators working to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. The partnership will kick off in tandem with C10 Labs’ inaugural Winter Cohort, through which 15 entrepreneur teams will participate in a fast-paced, four-month curriculum based at CIC.
